TICKLETOAST

Terms

Last updated 26 October 2026

The short version: it's a little game about a little creature. Enjoy it, be kind to your friends' creatures, and don't try to break things.

Using TICKLETOAST

TICKLETOAST is for your personal enjoyment. Your creature is fictional, has a lifespan, and can die, which is part of the game. We're very fond of them too.

Be decent

Friends features are for friends. Please don't misuse the relay, flood other people with messages, try to read or tamper with things that aren't yours, or use TICKLETOAST to bother anyone. We may limit or block anything that's being abused.

Your creature, your device

Your creature is stored on your device, so it's yours to look after. If you delete the app or clear its data without moving your creature first, we can't bring it back. Keep move codes private: whoever has one has your creature.

It's a work in progress

We'll keep improving TICKLETOAST, which means features may change, appear or go away. We provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of bugs.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses arising from using TICKLETOAST, including the emotional cost of a creature's dramatic refusal to eat stew. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live that can't be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The apps may come with a version of these terms suited to the app stores.
